Our new premises for investors 

The Ventspils State City Municipality has submitted project applications and is seeking funding under the European Union (EU) Cohesion Policy Programme for the construction of two new universal manufacturing buildings.
The new buildings will be located in industrial areas with developed engineering infrastructure and access roads. They will be versatile and adaptable to various types of manufacturing, equipped with the necessary technical solutions, and will include spacious production facilities as well as office areas.
The production building  will meet the highest energy efficiency standards. The building’s total annual energy consumption for heating, domestic hot water, mechanical ventilation, lighting, and cooling is 79 kWh/m², corresponding to energy efficiency class A.

Ganību Street 99

​A new 4 436 m² production building includes a single production hall with a total area of ~3 527 m² and a ceiling height of 9 m.
Office and technical premises are arranged over two floors, covering ~ 900 m².
The project includes the installation of all utility connections required for the building’s operation, including water supply and sewage networks, a heating system, and an electricity connection.
​In addition, a public parking lot for 39 vehicles will be developed.
The aim of the project “Construction of a Production Building and a Public Parking Lot in the Ganību Street Industrial Area in Ventspils” is to revitalize the Ganību Street industrial area by constructing a production building, improving the surrounding territory, thereby ensuring environmentally friendly and sustainable territorial development and the creation of new jobs.

Ventspils High Technology Park 4

​A new 4 436 m² production building comprises two production halls, each with a ceiling height of 9 m.
Each production area ~ 1 760 m².
Office and technical premises are arranged over two floors, covering approximately 900 m².
The project includes the installation of all utility connections required for the building’s operation, including water supply and sewage networks, a heating system, and an electricity connection.
​In addition, a public parking lot for 40 vehicles will be developed.
he Ventspils High Technology Park is home to innovative companies, including those operating in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
The park is located in the northern part of the city, approximately a 15-minute drive from the Port of Ventspils and about a 2-hour drive from the capital city, Riga, and Riga International Airport (RIX).
